  • Product is unused and in original packaging

2. Proof Requirement (Important)

  • An unboxing video is highly recommended.

  • Without proof, claims may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color variation (due to lighting/screen)

  • Used, washed, or damaged items by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please share:

  • Clear images/video proof

5. Refund Process
