1. Order Confirmation & Processing

• Verification: All orders are subject to confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Timeline: Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Information

Note: Remote locations may face additional delays due to courier limitations.

3. Shipping & COD

• Charges: Calculated based on location and order value. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

• Cash on Delivery: Available nationwide. A Diamond Direct representative will deliver the product.

• Customer Availability: Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery. Repeated refusals may result in account restrictions.

4. Secure Online Payments

Transactions are handled via a Secure Payment Gateway and protected through SSL encryption and secure banking channels.

• We do not store your card or banking details.

• In case of payment failure where funds are deducted, please contact your bank or our support team immediately.

5. Cancellations & Issues

• Cancellation: Only allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Delivery Failures: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
